About Viet de Lites

‘Healthy’ and ‘Tasty’ - Our goal is to enhance these two positive attributes that form a major part of Vietnamese food and lifestyle.

Vietnamese ‘cuisine’ is largely influenced and shaped by the rich cultures and values of people from China, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and France.

The point of difference of Vietnamese cuisine is ‘nước mắm’ (fish sauce). Mountain people use ‘mắm’ (fermented fish or prawn) in many of their dishes due to their mountainous location.

Viet de Lites wants to combine the Vietnamese cooking style and the cooking techniques of grilled, pan-fried and stir-fry to develop a unique menu that contains specially chosen dishes.

Viet de Lites
Communal dining is very common in Vietnam. Viet de Lites would like to introduce this concept in South bank, to create an atmosphere where strangers can meet and become friends over good food and wine.

Viet de Lites menu contains no artificial colouring or additives. We pre-marinate meat or seafood to create rich flavours and aromas experienced on first bite. Many of our dishes are gluten free; but please speak to our friendly service staff if you have any questions.
